Average Shipping Time Below are the average processing and shipping times for all of our packages:

  • Processing Time: Once your order is submitted, it takes 1-3 business days to process. On weekdays it usually takes 1 business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and dispatched from our international fulfillment centers, delivery to Singapore takes an average of 7-10 business days.

Please note: All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, extreme weather conditions, or customs clearance processes in Singapore.

Submitting Your Order The ordering process at Mei Ling Katong is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add your desired product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Here it is important to confirm that you have selected the correct variation. If everything is fine, click "Proceed to Checkout". On the information page, enter your address information and confirm that all details are accurate. Once this has been entered correctly, you can click "Proceed to Shipping". On the "Shipping" page, you will have the opportunity to confirm the address information you entered. Also note that standard delivery transit is completely free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we cover the shipping courier costs. You can then continue by clicking "Proceed to Payment".

Payment Options Under payment options, you can choose from several different payment methods. At meilingkatong.com, all payment options are strictly SSL encrypted. This means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Shipping Costs & Import Duties We cover the courier shipping costs for all orders, meaning products are shipped with $0 transit fees to your provided address. There is no minimum order value. Disclaimer: While we cover the freight cost, "Free Shipping" does not cover any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or import duties that may be imposed by Singapore Customs upon arrival. As stated in our Terms of Service, any local taxes or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To be able to offer fair prices on our premium products, we operate a streamlined fulfillment process, collecting packages in bulk and shipping them directly from our global suppliers once we reach the minimum required volume.
